Why we have a waitlist

Due to the overwhelming amount of emails, calls, and inquiries we receive, we have decided that the easiest way to respond fairly to everyone is to create a wait list for future puppy owners.

The wait list will ensure that anyone who is serious about adopting a Mt. Rainier Doodle Dog puppy is guaranteed to get a puppy from us. With a wait list we are also able to notify you in the order we received your deposit so that even if we are rehoming an adult or a puppy becomes available you will hear about it before everyone else below you on the list.

Step 1

If you would like a puppy from Mt. Rainier Doodle Dog we would love to chat with you! Please feel free to email with any questions you may have. We like to get to know our future puppy parents to ensure that all our puppies go to great homes! So, please email mtrainierdoodledogs@outlook.com if you would like to begin the process of owning a Mt. Rainier Doodle Dog. We want to be certain that every puppy goes to its forever home and we find that talking with possible puppy owners personally helps us know how to properly place a puppy. If we are not comfortable placing a puppy with you we will let you know. We are not interested in offending anyone; however, our puppies are a priority and we are looking at what will be best for them. This also gives you an opportunity to get to know us and how we raise our pups and ask any and all questions you may have.

Step 2

After we have approved you for purchasing a Mt. Rainier Doodle Dog, if you decide you would like to be added to our waitlist, we will need a $200 non-refundable deposit, per puppy, which will go towards the final purchase price. We accept payment through Zelle and will forward you the details upon your request. If there is a puppy you want that is available right now and we have approved you for that puppy then you can forward the $500.00 total deposit amount with the name of that specific puppy. Once your deposit is received your first name and last initial, along with the date of receipt, will be posted on the waitlist status page. While this initial deposit is non-refundable, we do guarantee that we will have a puppy born to offer you within 8 months or less. If not, we are happy to refund your deposit at that time. We do not guarantee specific colors or genders, you may state your preference, but we cannot promise to get you a certain color or gender of puppy.

Step 3

As soon as a puppy or adult becomes available I will contact everyone on our waitlist in the order we received their deposits. We will contact you with whatever information you have given us. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will assume you are no longer interested and we will remove you from the waitlist. If you do respond and want the available puppy then you will need to give the remaining non-refundable deposit of 300.00 within 24 hours to secure your puppy. If, for whatever reason, you are not ready to pick a puppy the 1st time you are offered a puppy, you may remain in your spot on the list until the 2nd time we offer you a puppy. If the 2nd time you are offered a puppy still does not work out for you, then your name will go to the bottom of the list from there on out until you get a puppy.
